My team is proud to represent the largest privately owned mortgage banking firm in the state of Washington, and we are also active in our community. We hire locally, live locally, and are here for the long term. Here is a brief overview of my background and experience. I also invite you to learn more about my team in the section below.

I have had 26 Years of banking experience (all in the lending departments) and then specialized in helping others create wealth through home ownership when I changed to Residential Mortgage Lending.

My business purpose is to provide financial safety strategies for each client through counseling with integrity, honesty and accountability.

Now I am doing everything that I love...helping my clients create financial safety through their mortgage. I also teach classes and seminars on the following topics:

Sarah is absolutely dedicated to serving the needs of Ginny's clients. With over 10 years of customer service experience and 4 years in the mortgage industry, she makes it her personal goal to ensure that each client has a smooth and stress-free experience, resulting in clients for life.

Sarah is deeply involved in each and every transaction from start to finish. She takes pride in keeping everyone “in the loop” from the borrower to the seller and all the agents in between. She treats each client as a priority, her philosophy is “we are here to help” and that is exactly what she does.

Jenny Kessler

Senior Loan Processor

Jenny has over a 30 year career in the mortgage profession. She has worked her way up in the industry including working as a loan officer, underwriter, operations manager and now senior loan processor. She uses her extensive knowledge of the industry to give the most expert advice to our clients and to help them feel at ease during the process of their loan.

Jenny has received nothing by impeccable reviews from clients over the years. She has a flawless reputation in the business and makes it her top priority to remove any confusion and stress from the mortgage transaction by keeping all parties involved. Jenny’s biggest focus is making sure that the loan is processed in a smooth and timely manner, to the benefit of everyone involved.
