I have a passion for Real Estate and remain focused on meeting and exceeding the needs and expectations of my clients. Along with my team of professionals, I'm dedicated to helping clients achieve their goals quickly with confidence and peace of mind.
I have integral knowledge, experience and expertise in Mortgage Lending and Real Estate having worked in these industries over the last 30 plus years. My negotiating skills, unique social media and online marketing plans, and extraordinary customer service sets me apart from other real estate agents. Furthermore, I was born and raised in Traverse City and have personal knowledge and connections that are immensely valuable to future buyers and sellers.
My keen sense of the marketplace allows me to advise you on maximizing your real estate objectives. I'm consistently monitoring the market every day for new listings, price changes, sales, etc. I also go on tours every week to view new listings.
As an Accredited Seller’s Representative, or listing agent, and as a certified Home Staging Expert®, I present your home in the best possible way to attract buyers to your home and sell it in a timely manner while looking out for your best interests. Together we create a plan to maximize your home’s value and I will provide you with an unparalleled and innovative marketing program proven to get homes sold in a timely manner.
As an Accredited Buyer’s Representative, or buyer's agent, I help you find and negotiate the best property and value for your needs. I am always in communication with my clients and provide the knowledge and tools to help make the best decision possible.
Additionally, I have my e-Pro Certification in all social media platforms for marketing and advertising and I am a Resort & Second-Home Property Specialist who facilitates the buying, selling, or management of properties for investment, development, retirement, or second homes in a resort, recreational and/or vacation destination.
My goal is to always learn and I am always in pursuit of training myself on the latest technology and industry best practices in Real Estate. While most Realtors get the required 6 hours of education each year, I exceed well over 30 hours each year. My reputation in the industry is based on integrity, professionalism and cooperation. I am an active member of the Traverse Area Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, The Leadership Lunch Club, The Optimist Club and the Chamber of Commerce.
Real Estate is all about connecting people and I believe service to the community is important. I personally work with local charities, schools and libraries and with my company, Real Estate One, we participate and sponsor programs such as the Special Olympics, The Boys and Girls Club, Child and Family Services, Third Level and many more. Giving back to the community is an important personal goal of mine.
